This year my focus with The Balloonatic is changing direction. After spending so long creating a compact and stripped back ‘suitcase show’, where everything packs down to a few props in a bag, I’m no going completely in the other direction. After much contemplation, Let’s Circus – the company that I manage with my wife Helen – is buying a Big Top Tent!
We’ve commissioned the design from a maker in rural Western Australia and early this European Summer season it will arrive in the UK. The Ballonatic will continue to presented as a variety act everywhere I go – but I’m going to need a bigger suitcase!
